Prices per Item (UK domestic prices)

Our standard prices are all-inclusive of inbound*, receiving and picking (one unit), to postage and courier with a high service provider (DPD, Royal Mail, Evri). This gives you a true end-to-end fulfilment cost.

If you ship multiple items in a single package, there will be a charge of £0.69 per additional item (the first picked item is included).

Please note all prices exclude VAT.

Our standard 24 and 48 services up to 2kg have minimum 1 scan and associated confirmation number. This is suitable for the vast majority of selling channels.

International shipping

Return fee

A return handling fee of £3 is applicable per return.


Courier surcharges

• International surcharge: courier companies are adding a temporary surcharge onto shipments outside of the UK. Therefore, Rest of the World Shipments will be subject to an international surcharge of £3.92 Per Kilo.
• Fuel surcharge: some courier companies have an additional fee on top of basic shipping rates. These charges are designed to help these carriers cover the costs associated with fuel given the fluctuation in fuel prices.


Cut-off times in the UK (local time):

• 4:30 PM Prime Orders Only


Storage

The first two months are FREE for any item sent in*, then storage fees apply depending on how long the item stays in.

Pallet storage available.
