Matt has over 25 years of experience in the fields of operational and business improvement, which he obtained across a range of major businesses in logistics and engineering sectors.  

As a Chartered Engineer, with a Technical Apprenticeship and master’s degree in manufacturing and Engineering Systems, Matt has progressed from process improvement through to management of large multi-site operations, in which he utilises a wide variety of best-practice tools and techniques.  Matt subsequently gained commercial experience in Procurement, with an MBA specializing in Supply Chain and CIPS Membership, which aided his progression to Main Board, General Management and Managing Director positions.
