Zihana has worked in HR for over 12 years, starting as a Talent Manager and making her way to Head of HR. Having previously worked for a contact centre outsourcing operation, she made the change to Huboo in 2021. During her time here, she has established a HR department and grown the team both locally as well as in Europe. Her enthusiasm and commitment to her projects has been instrumental in making Huboo a great place to work.

During her time at Huboo she’s played a significant part in harmonising culture and benefits across multi locations. More recently Zihana has expanded her repertoire and is responsible for all the People & Culture departments.
